Payment for goods
The goods are paid in advance. The customer has the option to pay by bank transfer, cash on delivery, via Paypal, or bank card.
Payment by bank transfer
For payment by bank transfer, the customer receives a proforma invoice by e-mail for ordered goods and after the funds are credited to the account, the goods are sent.
Cash on delivery
Customer pays directly to the courier durig the delivery. This payment option is only available in the Slovakia and Czech Republic.
Paypal
When paying via Paypal, the customer is redirected to the Paypal site to make a payment, such as a bank transfer or a debit / credit card. Payments via Paypal are secured, more can be read at www.paypal.com.
Payment by bank card
When paying with a bank card, the customer is redirected to the 24-pay payment gateway, to make a payment in a secure environment. More about the payment gateway can be found at www.24-pay.sk.

Shipments
Your pack shipment
Packages with items that are in stock are usually delivered within 2 business days within the Slovak Republic, 3 working days to the Czech Republic, Austria and Hungary. Packages to other EU countries are usually delivered within 3-5 business days. In case your desired goods are not in stock, we will inform you about the delivery period. Goods are shipped only after payment and are delivered via DPD courier or GLS.
Traffic charges include handling, packing, and shipping costs. Traffic charges vary depending on the country of delivery. To order more items, we recommend grouping items into one order. When creating two or more different orders, the shipping costs will be charged separately for each order. Your package will be wrapped and shipped in such a way that the contents of the shipment are protected from damage.
As packing material, we use cardboard packaging, sufficiently dimensioned and filled with protective material to keep your items protected during the entire shipping period.
